a tradition that
travels in time
As a result of the high standard and quality in service and cuisine, in July 2011 "Sofra e Ariut" was selected to represent Albania at the International Gastronomy Festival held in Istanbul.
Each dish is designed on the basis of a traditional Albanian menu, where each of them is connected to a certain city or region of Albania, interspersed with the most popular dishes of the international menus, liked by the Albanian and foreign clients.
